Panax ginseng extract

The main “active compounds” in the Panax Ginseng is called ginsenosides. Ginsenosides are the components that give ginseng its valuable properties. Seven of approximately 28ginsenosides in ginseng, are used in the testing procedure. These seven however are the major ginsenosides, they are; Rg1, Re, Rf, Rb1, Rc, Rb2 and Rd. Each monomer may be similar in construction but can have different physiological effects. The index of monomers in ginsenosides is different based on different part, for example from root, from stem and leaf, from flower and from berry. Their curative effect are also different. Panax Ginseng is a medicinal herb used primarily for increased stamina and for boosting the immune system and immune system responses. It is used to help relieve fatigue, declining capacity to work and concentration. It has been considered especially helpful as a supplement to cancer therapies. It is said to be effective as an antagonist of morphine analgesia and the analgesic effects of opioids .
